What to Expect

Join us at this 65 hectare nature reserve and experience the innovative Omeo wheelchair. Join us for a one-hour personalized session where you'll learn to navigate various terrains effortlessly. From grass to gravel, we'll help you master the Omeo at your own pace. Meet us outside the Cafe In The Park, Haysden Country Park, Tonbridge TN11 9BE for a transformative mobility experience you won't forget. THINGS WE WILL COVER: *Transferring in and out of the Omeo (please bring assistance if you need physical help to transfer) *How the Omeo's gyro works *How to move forwards and backwards using the seat motion *How to steer left and right using the joystick *How to steer left and right using the hands free, seat steering technology *How to come to a stop *How to put the stabilisers up and down *Travelling over different terrains - grass, mud, tarmac, gravel, bumps and cracks * Riding up and down small slopes The amount that is covered in each section is down to each individuals progress and ability on the day. PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum and minimum user weight limit for the Omeo.
