We are proud to support SIA with the vital work they do for people affected by spinal cord injury.
A Personal Story
In 2018, Matt - our Director - suffered a life-changing spinal injury that left him paralysed from the waist down. After his initial stay in a hospital trauma unit, he was moved to a hospital that didn't know how to take care of his spinal injury.
At a time when he was already feeling devastated and fearful of how his life would be with a spinal cord injury, the situation in the hospital was terrifying. It was thanks to SIA (Spinal Injuries Association) that he was moved to a ward that could look after him properly, after they challenged the hospital on his behalf.
This intervention by SIA was pivotal in Matt's recovery journey and he will always be grateful to them for their support.
Our Arrangement with SIA
